Mobile MirWii

Just wanted to use some space here to remind you that you can get MirWii Ranch updates on your mobile device. For example, BlackBerry users can add the RSS feed for this blog to Viigo using the feed link http://mirwiiranch.blogspot.com/daily/feeds. When you're hungry for a new pic of the ranch, you can do an "Update Channel" from the menu.

The aspect ratio of the pictures here are well suited for the BlackBerry Curve. To make one of the pics your BlackBerry background screen,
1. open the blog entry that has the photo you want to use
2. go to the BlackBerry menu and select Save Image
at this point you could select it as the Home Screen Image when saving, but I find that it looks better if you save it and then make it your home screen through the media viewer, so...
3. in the Save file dialog, scroll down to Save and select that (e.g. click the trackball)
4. from your main screen, go to the Media app and select Pictures
5. highlight the picture you want for your background screen and Open it
6. bring up the BlackBerry menu and select Set As Home Screen Image
That's it - you're done!

Some of the pictures posted so far that I like as home screens are "Zoom Zoom Zoom," "Koffing Kloseup" and "Nap Time."
